From opening the door to a tidy clean waiting room, to walking out of it again I have nothing but praise for this practice. I have always been treated pleasantly and with the utmost respect. Although I usually see the same GP who I trust implicitly as he has helped me medically and emotionally over the past 35 years. If it has been necessary for me to see one of the other Drs I have had the same expert treatment. The nurses are some of the best in their field and always do a professional job from injections to stitches and dressings, plus a reassuring word when worried. The receptionists do a fantastic job which lets be honest is not an easy one. I have never seen or heard one get even the slightest annoyed, how they manage it I really don't know! I have loved the introduction of on-line services it is so easy to use even for an old duffer like me, but I would like at times to be able to leave a message. I would like to see more and larger NO MOBILE PHONES/TABLETS ETC TO BE USED signs in more prominent view please, there is nothing more distressing when you are not feeling well than someone playing games or texting with a persistent bleep, bleep, bleep all the time, or of course worst still carrying on a conversation. It makes me feel like an eaves dropper and extremely embarrassed. In conclusion, if the practice continues to progress as it is and continues to employ GP's, nurses and receptionists of such a high standard and keeps the warm friendly family feel to it, I can see the practice going from strength to strength and seeing me out which gives me great comfort.

I managed to get an appointment today-as system were down after trying for 3 days and not very able to. Do a first come first serve slot. Just bay able to get an appointment.
